The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on May 25, 2018, grants European Union (EU) citizens the power to regulate their personal data. The GDPR applies to EU citizens, as well as businesses that engage with any kind of personal data of EU citizens or have email subscribers who are EU citizens.

Our add-ons are designed to assist you in adhering to the GDPR regulations of the EU. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the personal data of the subjects you collect is processed lawfully. You function as the data controller, while we function as the data processor.

Data Collection
Explicit consent is required from your email subscribers for GDPR compliance, and double opt-in is recommended. You may need to request confirmation of consent from EU individuals who are already on your marketing lists.
Your marketing emails should include an unsubscribe link that your subscribers can use to opt-out of future communications.

Data Storage and Processing
All customer data is stored in your Google account, not on our servers. Our add-ons read data from your data source and perform necessary actions (such as sending emails, generating documents, and saving emails) without transmitting any personal data.

Form submissions are not stored on our servers. Recipient email addresses, unsubscribers, and bounced emails are stored in the database for reporting if you enable optional campaign tracking (opens, clicks, unsubscribes).

We store and process user data in our US data center.

To manage your payments, we use PayPal, Stripe. Only the customer's email address and, in the case of PayPal, the shipping address are provided by the payment processors for invoice generation. We do not have access to any banking or credit card information.

Data Portability
We do not transfer, sell, copy, or share any of your data processed by our Google Add-ons with third-party services or companies. We only store data that is absolutely necessary for our add-ons to function.
You can download and export all subscriber information to Google Sheets, making it easier to migrate to other services.

Data Erasure (Right to be forgotten)
All add-ons have a deactivate option that permanently deletes all user data from the database. You can also contact us to request deletion, and we will permanently delete all your data in accordance with GDPR.

If you uninstall a Google Add-on or revoke access to the add-on from your Google Account, the add-on will stop functioning and will no longer have access to your data.

Our Google Add-ons use your Gmail account to send emails. You can use Google Sheets and Google Forms to feed your customer profile data directly into our add-ons to send marketing emails, transactional emails, and form notifications. Our tools only facilitate GDPR compliance; your sending practices are essential to GDPR compliance.
